Linear Goals or Sacred Creations?
For most of my life- and likely yours, as well- I was taught goal setting was the primary way to better myself. Goal setting, as explained to me, was a series of steps, by which at the end you either reach the finish line or you don’t.
Traditionally, the steps of goal setting look like this:
Set a goal that is a statement of what you want. Make it broad, intangible and long-term.
Create objectives that are specific targets to monitor progress toward your goal. Make them measurable, tangible and short-term.
Implement strategies which describe the ways you are approaching the objectives…like a plan. Make sure your strategies are short-term and focused on a particular area of the goal.
Even writing these steps now brings about an intensity and tightness in my chest and throat. This linear and rigid approach to moving forward in your life is black and white, box-ticking, and leaves little room for nuance.
Okay, let’s pause and breathe deeply.
I am about to share with you a completely different way to create the life you’ve imagined. Instead of a line with steps that move you forward, it is a dynamic and intuitive process that spirals through stages. I call it Sacred Creativity. Sacred Creativity taps into a natural connection with the energy of the womb. This process allows you to align with the divine feminine aspects of birthing to harness the power inherent in any creation.
In Sacred Creativity, some people skip stages or linger in one stage longer than the others. There are no boxes, there are no edges, there is patience, knowing, and then action born from that intuition. No forcing or powering over is ever required…just a pure connection through love and passion.

Trusting the Knowing through awakening your intuition.
Expanding the Bond through deepening your relationship to the growing creation.
Rooting Wholeness through increasing awareness in all aspects of your life.
